Is there a launch offer?

The full prices are: Business Automation 1,499 AED setup, 1,799 AED a month for platform and care and 399 AED a month for each automation; E-commerce Operations 1,999 AED a month plus 7.5% of payouts.

What counts as one automation?

One workflow that runs from its trigger to its result, such as “enquiry to quote” or “payment reminders”. Your proposal lists each one before we build it.

What does the setup fee cover?

The discovery workshop, the build, testing on your real cases and the connection to your tools. It is paid once, at the offer price.

What if I add automations later?

Each automation you add costs 199 AED a month for your first 3 months, then 399 AED a month, on top of your platform and care fee.

Is the 7.5% of sales, or of payouts?

Of payouts: the money you actually withdraw from marketplaces and payment gateways, after their commissions.
