Is this only for e-commerce companies?
No. We automate the day-to-day work in any department: sales, customer service, operations, finance, HR, marketing and reporting. E-commerce is one of the eight departments we cover.

What kind of tasks can you automate?
Tasks that repeat, follow rules and use information you already have: replying, chasing, copying, checking, reminding and reporting. If someone on your team does it the same way every week, it's a good candidate.
What can't you automate?
Decisions that need judgement or authority, such as pricing, contracts and hiring. Tasks that happen rarely aren't worth automating. Work with no digital trail, such as paper-only records, needs digitising first.
Do I need new software?
Usually not. We work inside your existing email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRM and accounting tools.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything that touches money, sends something in your name for the first time, or changes your prices or ads waits for your approval. Every action is logged in your portal. Our team reviews the work, fixes problems and tells you.
Do you replace my staff?
No. We take the repetitive work off them, so they can spend their time on customers and decisions.

It's a managed service. Our AI and our team do the work, and you follow everything in your own client portal at app.gulfcommerce.ai.

What access do you need?
Staff or collaborator access to the tools each automation uses, such as your email, WhatsApp Business, documents, CRM, accounting software, store or marketplaces, with only the permissions we need. We never ask for owner passwords, and you can remove our access at any time.

Control & visibility
What does the AI do on its own?
Only routine work: research, sorting and routing, reminders, reports, copying data between your systems, and replies to routine questions from answers you've approved. The first message to a new contact, quotes, invoices, refunds, and price and ad changes wait for your approval. Pricing decisions, contracts and legal matters, hiring and account ownership stay with people.
How do I see what you've done?
Every task is logged in your portal. You also get a daily summary and a monthly report by email.
What is Ask AI?
A feature in your portal that answers plain-language questions from your own data, such as “What's overdue this week?” or “Which leads haven't been contacted?”
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Business Automation: 999 AED setup, charged once (full price 1,499 AED); then, for your first 3 months, 899 AED a month for platform and care and 199 AED a month for each automation. From month 4: 1,799 AED and 399 AED a month. E-commerce Operations: 999 AED a month for your first 3 months and 1,999 AED a month from month 4, plus 7.5% of the payouts withdrawn from marketplaces and payment gateways, after their commissions. The 7.5% is never discounted. The lower prices are our launch offer.
What counts as one automation?
One workflow, from what starts it to its result, such as “enquiry to quote” or “payment reminders”.
Is there a free trial?
No. You'll see a written proposal before you commit.
Data & security
Who owns my data?
You do. We use it only to run your service, and never sell, share or pool it with other clients.
Where is my data stored?
On encrypted servers, isolated per client.
Do you keep copies of ID documents?
No. For visa, Emirates ID and other renewals we track the dates, not copies of the documents, unless you ask us to.
