1. Who we are

This policy is from ROCKSOUQ AI, trading as Gulf Commerce AI, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. ROCKSOUQ AI is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at agent@gulfcommerce.ai.

2. What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and company, when you contact us or become a client.
• Your business data: what is in the tools you connect to our service, such as emails and messages, documents and spreadsheets, CRM records, invoices and accounting entries, and orders, products, stock, ads and payouts.
• Data about the people you deal with: your customers, leads and business contacts, suppliers, job candidates and staff, such as names, contact details, messages, orders, CVs and document expiry dates. We process this data on your behalf and on your instructions.

For staff documents we record renewal dates, not copies of ID documents, unless you ask us to. When we research new leads for you, we use public sources only: business directories, maps and company websites.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to deliver the service you have asked for, including your automations, reports, forecasts and Ask AI. It is never sold.

4. AI processing

Our AI works on your data to prepare drafts, replies, summaries, shortlists, reports, forecasts and answers. For each request it sees only the data needed for that request, and it does not keep that data afterwards. Your data is never pooled with another client's data.

Our AI does not make hiring decisions, or other decisions with legal or similar effects on people. Those decisions stay with you.

5. Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, AI processing, email and payments. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as we provide the service to you. When you leave, we hand back your reports and remove our access to your accounts, then delete your data within the period agreed in your proposal, unless the law requires us to keep some of it for longer.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isolated per client. Every action we take is logged and visible in your portal. The details are on our security page.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). To make a request, email agent@gulfcommerce.ai.

If you are a customer, contact, job candidate or employee of one of our clients, please contact that business first. We will help them respond to your request.

9. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies and aggregate analytics only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
